& Activities: Calgary's Off Leash Areas |
Since the Off Leash areas can change, be sure the area is signed accordingly before you let your dog run free. Your dog must be under control at all times (e.g. will always "come" when you call him/her). Please remember to "Stoop and scoop" so that dogs will continue to be welcome in these areas in the future. You can phone Calgary Parks & Recreation's Info Line for more information at 268-3888. For the City of Calgary's Parks and Recreation Department's list of locations, follow this link to Off Leash Areas.
